Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
  • If your order has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
