Shipping Policy

Shipping Times:

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number for your reference.

 

Shipping Costs:

The shipping cost for orders within West Malaysia is RM6, while orders to East Malaysia will incur a shipping cost of RM16. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout and will be added to your total order amount. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Order Cut-Off Time:

To ensure that your order is processed and shipped on the same day, please place your order before our cut-off time of 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note that our cut-off time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

 

Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays. Standard shipping within West Malaysia typically takes 2-5 days, while orders to East Malaysia may take up to 7 days. 

 

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order and get real-time updates on its delivery status.
